Cane carrier systems transport harvested sugar cane into the processing line. The chain may be exposed to heavy and irregular loads, repeated impact and continuous operating cycles.
For these applications, the chain needs to be matched to the conveyor structure, sprocket arrangement, load requirements and attachment design.

Bagasse is a fibrous and abrasive material generated during sugar production. Conveying systems handling bagasse may operate continuously in wet and contaminated environments.
Chain dimensions, material selection, wear-resistant components and attachment configuration can be adapted to the requirements of the conveyor.
Sugar mills may also use slat, apron or drag conveyors for heavy-duty material handling.

Depending on the application, suitable carbon steel or alloy steel can be selected for different components, with heat treatment applied to wear-critical parts where required.
The final material, heat treatment and dimensional requirements can be manufactured according to the customer's technical specifications.

Simply send us the chain or conveyor drawing. We can review the dimensions, chain configuration and attachment details based on the drawing.
If you only have photos
Clear photos of the chain, sprocket and attachment area can be useful for an initial review. If possible, include several key dimensions such as chain pitch, plate thickness and roller diameter.
If this is a new conveyor project
